APPLICATION METHODS:
RepPave Black is applied by squeegee application. Self-propelled squeegee equipment and hand squeegees are BOTH acceptable.

MIXING:
For optimum results, RepPave Black shall be premixed prior to applying. If using as a base coat filler, blend in accordance with the mix design shown on Table 1 below.

If required, a small amount of water may be added to facilitate application of the mixed material.

COVERAGE:

SEAL COAT- Apply at a rate of 150-200 SF/Gal.

OVERLAY WEARING SURFACE- Apply properly mixed RepPave Black (Acrylic Sealer, Sand, and if needed, Water) at a rate of 60-80 SF/Gal per coat. For optimum wearing surface, performance, and durability apply two coats of RepPave Black. If desired, a third coat of RepPave Black may be applied to high traffic areas such as entrances, exits, and drive lanes.

Note: Coverage rates may vary due to pavement age and porosity. Extremely porous pavement will result in reduced coverage rates.
