SURFACE PREPARATION:

All surface contamination must be removed by mechanical means, creating a surface profile of exposed sound aggregate that will provide a strong bond surface for the RepCrete QP. It is recommended to profile surface according to ICRI Guide 03732 to a minimum of CSP 3 by abrasive blasting. Apply Rust Rehab permanent rust converter to any exposed steel. Precondition the RepCrete QP to 72 degrees for 24 hours for best results. RepCrete QP may be heated up to 100°F to speed cure at colder temperatures. It is recommended to condition all components when the temperature is below 50°F. Repair site must be dry.

APPLYING RepCrete QP:

RepCrete QP is shipped in pre-measured .6 Cu. Ft. units. Mix these products ONLY in complete units. DO NOT THIN or add any solvents or other aggregates prior to mixing. Remove bag of topping sand, bag of rock and both Side A & Side B bottles of polymer from the 6 gallon pail. Add Side B bottle of polymer to the 6 gallon container of treated sand, pour in rock and mix with pail mixer for 1-2 minutes until sand and rock are completely wet. Next, add all of Side A polymer and mix thoroughly for one minute. Material is now ready to be applied to the pre-treated area and should be in the form of a very pourable slurry.
Mix the .6 Cu. Ft. kit per instructions and in the prescribed order on the pail and TDS.
