1 | RepPoxy PA primer, if required
Saw cut topping or concrete deck to prescribed width and depth. Remove concrete from block out area. Prepare concrete by mechanical means to create a clean sound surface and prime with RepPoxy PA primer if required.
2 | Place nonstick foam or block out in joint opening.
3 | TMI 3/8” Polymer Treated Aggregate

4 | Place or Pump RepCrete HM Polymer into header void.

5 | Broadcast TMI Polymer Treated Topping Aggregate onto the wet or unset surface.
6 | Upon reaching initial set, remove block out.
7 | Install RepJoint PF-UV with RepPoxy PA lubricant adhesive.
