One Component Polymer-Modified Vertical &
Overhead Repair Mortar
RepPatch VOH-XL is a single component, polymer- modified, cement-based mortar designed to structurally repair and rehabilitate vertical and overhead concrete and masonry surfaces. The fast setting, low shrinkage, non-sag, and high strength of RepPatch VOH-XL allow it to be placed and sculpted to final shape in a single application from feather edge up to 6 inches in thickness, without the need for costly formwork.
RepWrap 600 UD - Stitch-Bonded, Uni-Directional FRP Fabric
RepWrapTM 600UD is a 600-gram lightweight, high-tensile strength, uni-directional, stitch bonded carbon fabric that is produced from our continuous, tow-carbon fiber. It easily wets out with RepPoxy SAT saturant resin and can be installed using either the “wet lay-up” or “dry lay-up” techniques. The light weight of the fabric allows dry application to RepPoxy SAT epoxy coated surfaces followed with a saturating coat of RepPoxy SAT, and finally by RepCoat UV anti-carbonization and UV resistant topcoat significantly simplifying field applications. TuffTex Materials’ RepWrap Systems are used to obtain a bonded FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) field laminate reinforcement system that will strengthen and enhance the performance of structural elements once installed.
TuffTex PrepEtchTM is a safe, non acid-based, biodegradable, and powerfully aggressive concrete etching and cement removal compound. PrepEtchTM is specially formulated to provide a surface profile on both green and mature concrete. The profile achieved with PrepEtchTM is better than hydrochloric, muriatic, or other acid, with hardly any odor; offering a more uniform and consistent depth of etch. PrepEtchTM is also safer to use than acids and the waste residue is easily removed by rinsing with water. PrepEtchTM provides an excellent profiling result with no dust as compared to grinding, sandblasting, or shot blasting. On most newer concrete, a CSP 3 profile can be achieved with one application. PrepEtchTM must be applied on dry surfaces.
Polymeric Nosing & Spall Patching System
RepPoxy II is a unique three-component rapid curing, non- shrink, hybridized, epoxy-urethane based elastomeric concrete. It cures to a dense, semi-flexible, weather, abrasion and impact resistant polymer mortar for patching concrete spalls and the construction or repair of expansion and construction joints on bridge and parking decks. The combined A & B polymers when mixed with its part C, RepPoxy II blended aggregate forms a mortar with excellent long-term installation properties for joint, nosing repair, or spall patches.
